Devlog 11: the end


Hello friends and skulkers of the devlog, the moment is finally here, the game is done. So let's do this one…more…time 

General 

Trailer

Art 

Rfxing it up

OUR BOYS COOKED, thanks to the lovely art department, we now have this lovely effect whenever two ghost bullets collide.


Border effect 

Our art people also spruced up the border effect to make sure the game looks nice and crispy 


CODE

Revive trail 

Whenever a player holds a soul of a friendly player a trail now highlights the dead body

Soul arrow 

a different aiming arrow got added for when the player is holding a soul bullet 


Ghost vacuum priorities 

Our lovely programmers further fine tuned the priority system of our vacuuming system, this amazing bit of balancing really makes a world of difference


Bug fixes

A bunch of bug fixes, that help push our game to the next level 



Sound 

Whole buncha sfx

A lot of sound effects still got introduced to further polish our game such as 

- A sound effect for when ghost collides,

- A sound effect for whenever a body hits the floor,

- A sound effect for whenever a menu slide animation plays,


Mixing 

The game has been properly mixed 



Friends, we are finally at the end, as a team we faced all the troubles and tribulations of game development, making haunted havoc wasn't easy, but it sure was one hell of a ride. We are very proud of our end product, and we should be, because making a game isn't easy and at least I think we did pretty gosh dang good job. I once again want to thank our absolutely lovely team for giving their all and making sure that haunted havoc is the best product it could be, so….that about wraps it up…..seeeya guys in the next project :)
